Comprehensive ADHD evaluation and medication management for ages 6–22, available virtually across Washington State.
At ThriveADHD, good care starts with actually listening. Every person we see has a different story, and we take the
time to understand yours. You’re involved in every step of your treatment, not just handed a plan. We focus on clear, evidence-based support that helps you feel understood and function at your best. This isn’t about labels, it’s about helping you function, grow, and thrive.
ThriveADHD offers virtual ADHD evaluation and medication management for ages 6 to 22 across Washington State.
At this time we are not contracted with any insurance companies, however, we can provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement purposes. Your initial consult/diagnostic evaluation and the ongoing monthly payment plan may be reimbursable. Please contact your insurance provider for coverage details.
We currently only accept patients 6-22 years of age residing in Washington state. We are working hard towards accepting anyone seeking care in the near future.
We follow evidence-based guidelines for ADHD treatment. For school-age children and adolescents, medication is considered the first-line treatment and is our primary approach to managing symptoms. However, we never push medication—our goal is to partner with families to find the best plan for each child. For younger children or those primarily seeking behavioral therapy, we’re happy to refer you to trusted local therapists who specialize in non-medication support.
ADHD consults start at $255 (plus taxes and fees). We offer clear, accessible care with fast turnaround for families who need answers—no insurance headaches, no 3-month wait.
After the initial evaluation, if medication is recommended, we begin a short-term titration phase to safely find the right medication and dose. During this phase, follow-up visits are billed separately at $80 per visit, typically every 1–2 weeks depending on your child’s needs.
Once a stable dose is reached, families can enroll in our monthly membership plan at $60/month, which includes:
1 virtual follow-up visit per month (if needed)
Prescription refills
Unlimited secure messaging with our providers
Support for school letters, coordination of care, and more
This flexible model ensures families only pay for what they need early on—then enjoy predictable, ongoing support with no surprise bills.
Yes, if you’ve formally been diagnosed with ADHD, we will need documentation of the diagnosis, and conduct an initial consult to establish care with us.
