Tim & Kim
Tim grew up and spent most of his childhood and adolescent years in East Africa. Seeing his parent's work with the local schools and orphanage inspired him to purse a career working with children early on.
He enjoys working with children of all ages from newborns to adolescents, and he strives to build relationships with families to provide care that is holistic, evidence-based, and highly personalized to each child, while also taking into account the diverse cultural contexts of each family.
Tim is a pediatric nurse practitioner and he completed his training in pediatric primary care from Massachusetts General Hospital IHP, in Boston. He's previously worked at a private practice, and currently has weekly rotations at a pediatric urgent care clinic. He is also a veteran, having served as a combat medic in the US Army.

Kim also lived in East Africa and first met Tim attending a boarding school together. She found her calling in nursing almost a decade ago, driven by a desire to bring joy and comfort to young patients and their families.
She's honed her skills at several of the nation's top children's hospitals working in the ED, surgical and oncology unit, while spreading smiles along the way.
With a holistic approach to care, Kim prioritizes building trusting relationships with patients and families while delivering evidence-based, compassionate care. Always ready with a hug or a high-five, she strives to make each visit a little brighter and a lot more fun for her patients and their loved ones!

Tim is the brains of the operation and our lead clinician. His mission is to provide family-centered care that empowers both children and their families to thrive! Through compassionate and evidence-based practices, his hope is to create a nurturing environment where shared-decision making is valued. When he's not in the office, Tim enjoys spending time with his two energetic kiddos, his wife, and exploring the great outdoors.
And then there's Kim – the heart of our clinic and our lead nurse. With a background that reads like a who's who of children's hospitals (Boston, Seattle, Randall, Dorenbecher – you name it!), she's seen it all and then some. Her compassionate approach to pediatric nursing and wealth of experience make her a true superhero in scrubs. Outside of work, Kim enjoys reading, thrifting and spending quality time with her family.
